Remember, we are in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz island, TAME and AEROGAL airlines arrive to Baltra (close to Puerto Ayora) with daily flights from Quito and Guayaquil.

Cancellation Policy :
Note: cancelation Policies vary from one Yacht to another. Please always ask us about the cancellation policies for the Yacht you are booking.

This is an example:
If notice of cancellation is received more than 60 days before the date of commencement of the cruise a fee of 30% of the full cost of the cruise will be retained. And the remainder refunded.
In the event of a cancellation of less than 60 days in advance no refund will be paid.

Hotels normally do not do refunds for cancellations.


Extraordinary circumstances or interruptions:

In the event of a major event ¨Force Major¨ including but not limited to, war, strikes, natural catastrophes and the yacht can not start or continue the cruise, there will be no refund.
Our cruises sailing dates are guaranteed to depart regardless of the number of passengers booked for a certain date. In case any damage in the yacht, and it could not be possible to start or continue the cruise, then we shall make our best efforts to transfer you to a boat of similar characteristics, same dates, and same category or upgrade you to a better boat with no extra cost.
